Cancellation Policy

Appointment, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy At Mattexx LLC, appointments are reserved specifically for each client. To help us maintain availability and provide timely service, the following appointment policy applies. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may be made at no additional charge. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled urine drug-testing service price. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are also subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the scheduled urine drug-testing service. If a client reschedules after being charged a cancellation fee, the fee must be paid before the new appointment is confirmed. The cancellation fee is separate from the price of the new drug test. Examples of Cancellation Fees $55 urine drug test → $27.50 cancellation fee Late Arrivals Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Arrivals 10 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. If you are running late, please contact Mattexx LLC as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you without affecting other scheduled appointments. For DOT or employer-directed testing, additional federal, employer, DER, or C/TPA requirements may apply. Mobile & After-Hours Appointments $95 urine drug + alcohol test → $47.50 cancellation fee Late Arrivals Clients should arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
